Melon extract: Melon extract is rich in superoxide dismutases, a group of enzymes that help convert the highly reactive superoxide radical into hydrogen peroxide. Superoxide radicals can arise to a greater extent in various diseases. They damage proteins and genes in the body and are therefore among the causes of oxidative stress.

Capers extract: In addition to flavonoid glycosides and rutin, capers contain a mustard oil glycoside after previous, short withering and subsequent soaking in vinegar. Although numerous Mediterranean herbs are among our European medicinal herbs today, capers are only important in our kitchen. In folk medicine, however, they were known, among other things, as a recommendation for chronic inflammatory diseases.
