Lemon balm + Eschscholtzia + Sweet woodruff + Vitamin B6, a synergistic combination to help the body during its necessary rest phase.  Ideal for sleep disorders and restless nights

- To facilitate drowsiness and relaxation.
- For the recuperation and the body’s rest.
- To find a better restful sleep.

Application  

Adults and children > 12 years : 1 tablet / day, 1 hour befor bedtime, for 20 days.

In case of strong sleep disorders, you can take 2 tablets/night.  

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and for children < 12 years.

This dietary supplement does not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Storage at room temperature (<25°C)

Composition

Magnesium citrate; extracts of the aerial parts of: Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica), sweet woodruff (Galium odoratum); vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride); coating agents: E1420, talc, glycerol; anticaking agent: HPC ; firming agent : magnesium stearate. 

Gluten and lactose-free. Vegan product.
