Apply the Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask (or a compatible water-based gel) before using the device. Perform one of the 4 targeted workouts:

1. Beautifeye Lift
   Glide from the nose to eyebrow corners, circle the eye, then lift upwards to the forehead.
   ⏱️ 3–5 mins per side.

2. Plumpy Lips
   Move from under the nose to lip corners, then above and below lips.
   ⏱️ 2 mins each side, top and bottom.

3. Face Contouring
   Follow the cheekbone from the nose to the ears.
   ⏱️ 3–5 mins per side.

4. Nefertiti Lift
   Glide from lip corners down to the chin and up along the jaw to the ears.
   ⏱️ 3–5 mins per side.

Important:

• Always use with the Freezing Anti-Fatigue Mask (gel) or a suitable water-based facial gel.

• Do not keep the electrode in the same spot for more than 2–3 seconds.
