Some of our brand partners do not permit discounting on their products. The following brands may be excluded from promotions:

We respect the pricing policies of our brand partners and comply with all manufacturer-imposed restrictions.

💬 Promo Code Limitations

  • Promo codes are valid for one-time use per customer unless stated otherwise.

  • Only one discount code may be used per order.

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or loyalty rewards unless explicitly stated.

🛒 Cart & Checkout Behavior

If a promotion or code is applied to an ineligible product, it may:

  • Automatically adjust at checkout

  • Display an error message

  • Be partially applied to eligible items only

🧾 Returns on Promotional Orders

If you return an item purchased as part of a promotion:

  • Any refund will reflect the discounted price paid

  • If the return causes your remaining order to fall below a free shipping or free gift threshold, the value of the gift/shipping may be deducted from your refund
