What is the shipping time for your products?

Depending on stock availability, we take 1-4 days to process your order and then 1-3 weeks to ship.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Most brands we can ship worldwide, some brands can only be shipped to certain countries depending on the requirements of the brand, if there are any that cannot be shipped to your country we will contact you.

 

Where do we ship your product from?

Our companies are located in Lausanne|Luzern|Interlaken, Switzerland.

 

Do you provide tracking information for the product?

We will send a tracking number by email after the shipment.

 

I am missing some items from my order, what happens?

We will send them together after ordering them from our suppliers, which may delay the arrival time. Please contact us if you need them quickly.

 

I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: bz@kharites.ch and we will contact you with the next steps.

I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at bz@kharites.ch

 

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you would still like to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, as long as the recourse is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not sold out.
