We ship all parcels via Swiss Post. Please contact us if you have any special shipping requirements, we work with UPS and Fedex.

Orders may not exceed the maximum value of 999 CHF net as this may result in complicated custom formalities. However, a breakdown of your order into several individual orders is possible.

Additional customs duties, taxes and charges may be incurred for deliveries to countries outside the Switzerland.Please note that hazardous goods cannot be shipped outside Switzerland with Swiss Post.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS  - Undelivered, Missing and Damaged Packages

 

Lost, Stolen and Damaged Packages

Please report lost, stolen or damaged packages to our Customer Services Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue. Lost, stolen or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the shipment's estimated delivery date.

 

When reported damaged packages, photos showing damage to the shipping box and affected products will be requested at the request of the shipping courier.

 

When selecting free shipping at checkout for orders within Switzerland, we use multiple shipping carriers. This is determined at the time your order is scanned to ship, and based on several factors, mainly the carrier that will get your order to you the quickest.

 

If you elect to release the carrier of liability for your package, this in turn releases Beautylion.ch for any liability in the event your order is damaged in transit, or unable to be located after being scanned delivered as addressed, to the address input or selected at the time your order was placed.

 

AGAIN WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO KEEP THE CARRIER COVERAGE INTACT AS THIS WILL PROTECT YOU SHOULD YOUR PACKAGE BE LOST OR DAMAGED. LOVELYSKIN CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE IF YOU ELECT TO RELEASE THE CARRIER OF LIABILITY.

 

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

 

If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a CHF 15.- fee for UPS and Swiss Post packages. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.

 

Change of Address after Shipment

Due to our highly automated system, orders placed at Beautylion.ch are started within minutes of placement, making changes very difficult to implement. For this reason, address changes after an order has been placed are not available at LovelySkin.com, except in very special circumstances. Due to new rules with our carriers, we are rarely able to make it happen. We apologize for this inconvenience.

 

If you need to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, please note that there is a CHF 15.- fee to re-route the order if this is an option. This option is only available for UPS orders (excluding UPS Surepost) and they are rarely able to offer this option. Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package and is not guaranteed.

 

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it may be returned to Beautylion.ch as undeliverable and a CHF 15.-  return to sender fee ( CHF 30.-  fee for international orders) will be assessed. Many misaddressed packages are lost in transit, in which case there will be no refund. When there is a fee assessed, it is because Beautylion is charged a fee by the shipping carrier when packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Any shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable, as Beautylion does cover some of the cost involved in outbound shipping. To avoid this charge, please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
